1. What is your best price for this watch?
A: The price is negotiable. It can change according to your quantity or package. So when you inquiry, why not show the details and needs more clearly for the better feedback.

2. What's your MOQ? Can I mix styles and colors?
A: For customized style, we usually require MOQ for 300 pcs per model per color. If you wanna mix styles and colors, the cost surely will be slightly higher than that.

3. Can we mark our own logo on the watch?
A: Yes, we can make the logo for you. Usually the logo can be marked on dial, case back, crown or best, depending on customers’needs.

4. How about your products quality?

A:- All Gezfeel and Rower branded watches are at least 3ATM water resistant, 100% tested by Waterproof Testing Machine. - All Rower branded watches are vacuum plated. The color would last at least 2 years. - For OEM or ODM watches, we will manufacture the products according to your requirements. It can comply with CE&RoHS, Nickle free, etc. You can arrange your QC team or hire the third party to test the watches before delivery.

5. What about the warranty?
A: We are confident in our quality and packing, the goods are all in good condition when clients received. But to avoid any subsequent trouble regarding quality issue, we suggest that you check the watches once you receive them, and let us know the details if there is any damaged ones, so that we can deal with it accordingly and immediately.
